Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients undergoing thoracic surgery. This includes assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
  • Ability to work weekend rotations and 12-hour shifts.

A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is required for newly licensed nurses. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as a strong commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
