About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Thoracic Intermediate Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, a strong commitment to patient safety, and excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualized care to patients with complex medical conditions
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
  • Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in thoracic care

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

Required Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you must have:

  • A current RN license in Massachusetts
  • Experience working in an acute care setting, preferably in thoracic surgery
