Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic technical procedures utilizing radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Conduct diagnostic studies on patients using scanners or scintillation cameras to detect radiation emitted and produce images of organs on photographic film.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of radiopharmaceuticals and their applications in medical imaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in nuclear medicine technology and best practices.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Nuclear Medicine program.
  • Clear/active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT).
  • Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of recent experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
  • Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs.
