Overview

Position Summary

Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC is committed to assisting individuals facing challenges related to eating disorders. Our focus is on restoring equilibrium and encouraging healthy living practices. If you are dedicated to mental wellness and aspire to make a meaningful impact, this role may be ideal for you.

Role Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a part-time Recovery Coach to aid our clients in their recovery process. This position entails providing support and intervention, assisting clients during meal times, and nurturing positive relationships.
  • Engagement in therapeutic activities and contributing to the clinical development of our programs will also be part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of post-secondary education; a Bachelor's degree in Psychology is preferred.
  • Experience in mental health environments is highly regarded.
  • A valid Driver's License with a clean driving history is required.
  • Strong communication skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team are essential.
