C&W Services is seeking a skilled Industrial Lubrication Technician to join our team. As an Industrial Lubrication Technician at C&W Services, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and inspect industrial machinery and equipment to ensure proper lubrication and optimal performance.
  • Perform routine lubrication tasks, including oil changes and greasing, to prevent equipment failure and downtime.
  • Monitor and analyze lubricant samples to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Troubleshoot and repair lubrication systems and components to minimize equipment downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement lubrication schedules and procedures that meet industry standards.
  • Keep accurate records of lubrication activities and inventory levels to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial lubrication or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of lubrication principles, equipment, and systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
