Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Technician I to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering medical equipment to customers, processing and maintaining equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
- You will drive to and from healthcare locations to complete delivery and equipment management tasks, including customer delivery and pick-up of medical equipment.
- You will process, clean, inspect, and test equipment, as well as perform inventory maintenance.
- You will ensure accurate documentation for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Driving to and from healthcare locations to complete delivery and equipment management tasks.

To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be 21 years of age or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license.
- Have customer service experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Have basic computer skills.
- Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours as required to support a 24/7 schedule.
- Be able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds.
- Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Be able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods of time.
