Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Class A Driver to join our team at McNeilus Steel, Inc. in Fond du Lac, WI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer-ordered material to designated locations
  • Perform routine inspections on oil level, brakes, and lights prior to departure
  • Assist with unloading/loading of material at delivery locations
  • Collect customer payments or leave invoice for customer review
  • Accurately record information in Driver's Log to comply with DOT regulations
Working Conditions

Drivers work 50 or more hours a week, starting at early hours of the morning. They may deliver material to customers both indoors and outdoors, where they can be exposed to forecasted weather conditions.

Requirements
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License and be 23 years old
  • Forklift and crane certified
  • Good driving and traffic record
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in fluent English
