Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Product Development Manager to lead our product development team in delivering innovative software solutions for court systems and public sector organizations.

  • The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, engineering teams, and product management to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders in state and local governments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and business goals.
  • Translate high-level product requirements into detailed, actionable tasks for development teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working on enterprise-level software products, preferably SaaS solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to gather, document, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC).
