Tenet-AZ Region is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to assume the role of PACU Clinical Coordinator. This position plays a crucial part in the nursing team, overseeing the daily operations and ensuring smooth patient care within the Post Anesthesia Care Unit.

Job Overview
  • Type: Full-time
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Shift: 8 hours, days

This leadership role requires an experienced RN with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively implement change and make decisions in high-stress situations. The ideal candidate will possess management experience and be certified in their specialty area of practice.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinates functions and activities related to a single departmental function
  • Responsible for developing and implementing plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements
  • Trains and mentors staff
  • Liaises with internal and external customers, including pre-hospital providers, medical and nursing staff, and hospital administration
Requirements
  • Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Minimum two years relevant clinical nursing experience
  • Certification in specialty area of practice preferred
  • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona

The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience. Based in Glendale, Arizona, this opportunity offers a stable work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
