Seeking a Registered Nurse Educator for a Nursing Job in Fairview, New Jersey

VNS Health is a leading nonprofit home and community-based healthcare organization seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Educator to join our team in Fairview, New Jersey.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced RN Educator to develop and implement clinical education programs that foster high-quality care and improve patient outcomes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing education, experience in a community-based or long-term home health setting, and a passion for shaping the future of healthcare through education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver clinical education programs that meet the needs of our clinical staff and promote evidence-based practice.
  • Collaborate with education staff across the enterprise to develop an annual training calendar and ensure a coordinated approach to ongoing programs.
  • Ensure clinical education programs align with the CMS Triple Aim framework and address patient-centered needs.
  • Manage the implementation of clinical staff development programs, including orientation, in-services, training, and other learning activities.
  • Review program-specific educational program outcomes and make recommendations for change and/or new programs as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Current license and registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent work experience required; Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Minimum four years' experience in a community-based or long-term home health setting, including at least two years with a primary focus on education and training.
  • Medicare experience strongly preferred.
