Job Overview
This position is a full-time role, operating onsite during standard business hours.

Your Role
As an Environmental Laboratory Scientist, you will engage in scientific endeavors within the wet chemistry division of our environmental testing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the analysis and management of air, water, and soil samples in accordance with established chemistry and biochemistry protocols.
  • Perform maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation of all laboratory activities.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a laboratory environment, including standing for extended periods, handling samples with appropriate safety gear, and managing exposure to various odors.

Physical and Mental Requirements
The physical demands of this role include mobility within a laboratory and office environment, the ability to lift and carry light to moderate weights, and the capacity to communicate effectively in person and over the phone.

Working Environment
This role is conducted in a laboratory and office setting, where exposure to chemicals and various laboratory conditions is expected.
