Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Innovate and develop unique menu items by combining various ingredients creatively.
  • Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring that every meal is beautifully presented and meets our quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff, establishing performance expectations and monitoring their progress to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Make strategic decisions regarding daily kitchen operations, focusing on exceeding customer expectations while maximizing revenue.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices, while managing kitchen-related expenses effectively.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in motivating and developing culinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen safety regulations and food storage protocols.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with both guests and team members.
