About the RoleAs a Salon Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of stylists and driving sales growth in our salon. You'll work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies that drive business results and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement salon policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A cosmetology or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A motivating attitude and a passion for driving sales growth
- Top-notch technical skills and a commitment to ongoing training and development
As a Salon Manager at Great Clips, you'll enjoy:
