Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current Certified Nursing Assistant license
  • At least one year of experience as a CNA in an assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, or home care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work weekends and holidays
