Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to join our team in Marlborough, MA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing complex construction projects. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day construction activities, create detailed schedules, and conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing staff in the field, reporting to the Superintendent Group Lead, and creating detailed construction schedules. Additionally, they will need to conduct regular inspections to verify the quality of work and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in construction management, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
