We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Manager to lead our team in Marlborough, MA. As a key member of our construction leadership team, you will oversee staff in the field and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Our client is a global design, consulting, and construction firm with 22 offices nationwide. With over 10 years of experience in Massachusetts, they have established themselves as a trusted partner for lab/lifescience projects ranging from $1M to $150M.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have extensive experience running large-scale lifescience projects as a Superintendent, with a proven track record of delivering results under pressure. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing staff in the field and ensuring that day-to-day construction activities are carried out according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
  • Creating detailed construction schedules, including sequencing of tasks, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Conducting regular inspections to verify the quality of work and identifying areas for improvement

What You'll Need

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on large-scale lifescience projects
  • OSHA 30 certification and a valid MA CSL license
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A collaborative approach to leadership and a strong ability to build and motivate teams

Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive compensation package, including:
