- Maintain inventory of reagents, mice, and lab supplies.
- DNA, RNA, and protein isolation, purification, and expression.
- PCR, RT-PCR, and plasmid preparation.
- Cloning, mapping, and sequencing of DNA.
- Recombinant virus production and purification.
- Cell culture, cell isolation, and functional studies.
- Transfection and histology techniques.
- Immunohistochemistry and microscopy.
- Flow cytometry, ELISA, and cytokine assays.
- Animal husbandry, breeding, and screening transgenic mice.
- High school diploma or equivalent and some basic science courses.
The target hiring range for this position is between $18.31-$21.31 per hour. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
