Key Responsibilities- Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and nonconformities.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
- Provide training and coaching to production staff on quality-related topics.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality principles, tools, and techniques.
