Lead Rigger

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Rigger to join our team at MEI Rigging & Crating. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and working with machinery moving crews to ensure safe and efficient movement of equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train machinery moving crews in best-known rigging operation practices and procedures, including safety protocols.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for moving heavy equipment, utilizing forklifts, skates, jacks, and cranes.
- Drive to customer job sites and direct all activities on site, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Lead Rigger or in a comparable role within the machinery moving industry.
