Host - TakoSushi

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Host to join our team at Food People Restaurant Group in Aiken, SC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming and greeting guests as they arrive at the establishment.
• Manage the guest reservation system, including taking reservations and handling cancellations or modifications.
• Maintain an organized and efficient waiting list during busy periods, ensuring guests are seated promptly.
• Develop strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Display a friendly and outgoing demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Perform additional duties as needed to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a host or in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team player mentality, willing to assist other team members when needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
