We are seeking a skilled and friendly Host to join our team at Food People Restaurant Group in Aiken, SC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized waiting area, ensuring guests feel comfortable and valued.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure seamless service.
• Display a positive and professional demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
