- Work directly with homeowners and insurance companies to assess damage, scope repairs, and bid on jobs.
- Oversee each project to ensure homeowner satisfaction and collect payment.
- Act as a liaison between property owners, production managers, and insurance companies.
- Monitor the progress and quality of work being performed to homeowner satisfaction and per scope of work.
Requirements:
- Ability to canvass and set up appointments.
- Effective presentation skills and a friendly personality.
- Ability to work independently and drive towards success.
- Reliable transportation and ability to carry and set up equipment.
- Ability to safely walk the roof for performing inspections.
What We Offer:
- Weekly pay with a beginning rate dependent on previous experience.
- Commission-based compensation with medical, dental, and disability insurance after 60 days.
- 401(k) program eligibility after one year.
