Your Impact:
As a vital member of our nursing staff, you will provide compassionate and comprehensive care to residents at Hearthstone. Your role will involve thorough assessments, continuous monitoring, and tailored care planning, ensuring that residents receive the necessary medical attention and support for their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. By establishing trusting relationships and maintaining open lines of communication with residents and their families, you will help create a nurturing environment where residents feel appreciated and respected.
Work Schedule: This is a part-time position requiring two shifts per week from 11 PM to 7 AM, including every other weekend.
Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois Registered Nursing license or Illinois Licensed Practical Nursing license is mandatory.
- A minimum of one year of nursing experience is required.
- Ability to understand and execute both oral and written instructions and procedures.
- Experience working with older adults is preferred.
