Application Systems Coordinator

The Application Systems Coordinator position at FrankCrum in Clearwater, FL is a full-time opportunity to contribute to the company's mission by administering and managing the customer-facing time clock application and associated onboarding processes. This role will support client implementation, retention, and IT by consulting, analyzing, and customizing user portals, and providing support for the systems used to provide this service.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage technical expertise to lead support for Time Entry System and Time Clock Hardware.
- Collaborate with clients and internal groups to understand business needs and requirements.
- Develop workflows and business rules to meet customer and internal business needs within various systems.
- Document troubleshooting activities performed for clients within the incident management system, creating a knowledgebase for other technicians.
- Maintain proper inventory levels of physical time clocks deployed within client environments to ensure hardware failures can be replaced or repaired as needed.
- Document and track physical clocks, licenses, and configurations within the asset management system.
- Work with subcontractors and end customers to install, troubleshoot, and replace physical time clocks to ensure clients can clock in/out as required.
- Identify process and workflow improvements within the system to ensure accuracy and efficiency gains, where possible.
- Document system processes related to time entry systems.
- Document associated processes related to setting up a new client within the time clock system to ensure the solution meets their defined requirements.
- Meet with various business units to gather feedback and collect requirements for new customer implementations or to make adjustments to current client setups.
- Design and develop training materials such as videos and user guides for online systems, both customer-facing and internal use, and create troubleshooting documentation for internal staff members.
- Perform administrative duties such as setting up new user accounts, password reset, and deleting terminated user accounts in Time Entry System.
- Implement, administer, and support the Employee Self Service Module.
- Provide regular technical support duties when required by management.
To succeed in this role, you should have general knowledge of operating systems and networking infrastructures, including internet concepts and SaaS. Understanding of programming, mapping, and conversion of data, as well as importing data, is also necessary. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required. Two years of related experience consulting with customers and business units is also required. Prior implementation and experience with Kronos or any other TLM solution are advantageous.
Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is approximately $65,000 to $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.
