About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage professional to join our team at Clifty Inn, located within the beautiful Clifty Falls State Park. As a member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the general upkeep of the inn to provide guests with a high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve in the inn's dining facilities to handle all dining room and banquet culinary services for guests.
  • Set up and run bar services to provide the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
  • Greet, seat, and check out guests to provide the highest quality of service in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
  • Prepare food for the restaurant and banquets in a timely, professional manner while maintaining the highest standards in food quality.
  • Clean, sort, and properly store all dining ware and food preparation equipment.
  • Deliver food to guests to provide the highest quality of service in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to take care of guests' needs in a professional manner.
  • Expect to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • May be required to wear an Indiana State Park Inns-provided uniform.
  • May experience working in potentially inclement weather.
  • Some positions require the incumbent to possess an Indiana ATC Employee Permit to sell alcohol or the ability to obtain a permit.
