About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage professional at the Clifty Inn, located within the beautiful Clifty Falls State Park. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all who visit our inn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and attentive service to guests in the dining facilities, ensuring a high-quality experience.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in food service and hospitality.
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for all guests.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, even in challenging situations.
