Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Addiction Treatment Specialist to join our team at ReVIDA. As a key member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will play a crucial role in providing MAT services within the parameters of policy, state, and federal regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Work effectively with patients and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, utilize ASAM criteria for patient placement, and provide well-written documentation.
  • Develop and implement crisis intervention strategies to ensure patient safety.
  • Collaborate with referral sources, internal team members, and external service providers to ensure seamless care continuity.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent experience.
  • Licensed in Tennessee or Virginia and eligible for DATA2000 waiver to prescribe buprenorphine.
  • Ability to pass routine state/federal criminal background checks and be eligible for credentialing under CMS and commercial health plans.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year
