Professional Therapist for Substance Abuse Treatment

Rapha Centre is a leading provider of substance abuse treatment services. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated at $65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience and education. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 8 paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), major medical, vision, and dental insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
Job Description
This full-time position involves coordinating clinical care throughout the clinic and individual therapy assignments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and meeting the needs of each patient. Key duties include intake and assessment of new patients, creating treatment plans, providing individual therapy and/or counseling, maintaining confidentiality, and coordinating care with outside providers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate with a graduate degree in Social Work and minimum 2 years of experience in alcohol and drug addictions/rehabilitation programs. The ideal candidate should be licensed as an LCSW and have a valid driver's license. Additionally, knowledge of the 12 Step Program is essential.
Work Environment
This position requires standing for long periods regularly, occasionally sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Regular lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds is also required.
