  • Customer Service: Provide highest degree of customer service, including courteously greeting customers, adjusting individual customer attention based on store traffic, and suggesting solutions based on customer interests and needs.
  • Sales: Drive sales by utilizing approved consultative selling practices to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, including suggesting outfitting options and related items to generate multiple unit sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of Lands' End products and services, along with current fashion trends to enhance level of customer service and generate sales.
  • Operations: Process customer transactions efficiently using the POS and online system, including sales, returns, exchanges, etc. in accordance to authorized procedures.
  • Visual Brand Standards: Maintain knowledge of Lands' End visual brand standards and ensure that both store and visual brand standards are being met.

Requirements:

  • Selling Skills: Excellent selling skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees.
  • Flexibility: Flexible and adaptable to change, with ability to work varied hours to support the needs of the business.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift boxes up to 40 pounds.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of Lands' End merchandise is strongly preferred, along with previous experience in retail.
