Job Title: Manager of Hennepin County Clubhouse Programs

Vail Communities is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of our Hennepin County Clubhouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating a nurturing atmosphere for social interactions, supervising Clubhouse personnel, guaranteeing effective data management and recordkeeping, and creating inventive strategies for both members and staff across multiple areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of the Clubhouse Model and the standards set by Clubhouse International
  • Assist the Director in leading a team dedicated to the growth and success of the Clubhouse
  • Cultivate a nurturing atmosphere for social interactions
  • Supervise Clubhouse personnel
  • Guarantee effective data management and recordkeeping
  • Create inventive strategies for both members and staff across multiple areas
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree and/or active mental health licensure is preferred, though not required
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience; experience in Clubhouse strongly desired
  • At least one year of formal or informal people leadership required
  • Demonstratable acumen in learning Web-based systems, e.g., Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Credible (or similar electronic health record system)
  • Must have and maintain a valid Minnesota Driver's License, maintain automobile coverage, and have access to an automobile
  • Bilingual and multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
