As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure seamless communication and data exchange across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Network Design and Implementation: Design and implement network infrastructure to meet the needs of the organization, including local area and wide area networks.
- Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot network issues to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Network Security: Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including end-users, vendors, and other IT staff to resolve design and implementation problems.
- Project Management: Serve as technical project lead on small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- On-Call Rotation: Participate in on-call rotation and be available for after-hours and emergency service coverage as required.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Engineering or Computer Science, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Certifications: Comptia Network+, Security+, Cisco CCNA, Aruba, and Fortinet certifications desired.
- Physical Requirements: Requires sitting, standing, bending, and reaching, with basic dexterity skills and ability to lift up to 50lbs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organization skills, with strong departmental relationships and the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information.
