Job Description

Job Title: Behavioral Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Grateful Care ABA. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the home, school, and community setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify the needs of clients and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans to achieve client goals.
  • Supervise, train, and support RBTs to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality services.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with families and other service providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Uphold high ethical standards and comply with all company policies and procedures.
