Key Responsibilities:- Collect and record vital information from new residents, including health details and temperature readings.
- Administer medications and injections as needed, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, promoting a safe and comfortable environment.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and assist with daily living activities, such as dressing and personal hygiene.
- Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output, maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
- Valid NY State LPN license and good standing with the State Registry.
