Position Overview

At Blades of Green, our Outbound Solutions Specialists (OSS) collaborate closely with our service technicians and internal sales teams to foster relationships and deliver tailored solutions for our valued clients. The OSS team is responsible for initiating contact with potential web-based clients, as well as following up on technician assessments and recommendations regarding client properties, highlighting the advantages of enhanced property protection services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and accurately document interactions.
  • Engage with potential clients both over the phone and in person to assess their needs.
  • Articulate company offerings and align them with identified client requirements.
  • Facilitate sales closures and coordinate with logistics to schedule initial services.
  • Conduct outbound calls to promote additional services to existing clients.
  • Maintain precise and comprehensive records of sales activities.
  • Follow up with new clients to ensure their satisfaction with services rendered.
  • Participate in occasional off-site marketing and sales events.
  • Provide support to the client service team as needed.
  • Exhibit knowledge in basic plant, turf, and pest identification.
  • Guide, coach, and inspire the technician sales team.
  • Input incoming leads from emails and texts into the company CRM for processing by the inside sales team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
  • Exceptional multi-tasking abilities.
  • Quick learner with a proactive approach.
  • Proficient in technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum of six months to one year of experience in a sales environment.
Compensation

$19-$21/hour
