Job Title: Senior Proposal Coordinator

ENGEO Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Senior Proposal Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play a critical role in developing and submitting proposals that showcase our expertise and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts in target market sectors through active engagement in networking functions and client events.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development team to enhance market presence in the Southern California region.
  • Assist in the development and submission of Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Qualifications (RFQ), and Request for Information (RFIs).
  • Lead proposal strategy discussions and kick-off meetings for pursuits.
  • Work closely with Project Managers during the proposal process to produce winning proposals.
  • Coordinate, draft, and edit proposals using word processing techniques, including document formatting and adherence to brand standards.
  • Conduct market research and maintain accurate project, employee, and client data in CRM database (Deltek VantagePoint).
  • Perform other duties as requested.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading the proposal process from preparation phases through interview in the AEC consulting industry.
  • General understanding of the engineering and consulting industry (geotechnical, environmental, water resources, construction).
  • Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Team player and can-do attitude.
