Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities and preparing proposals.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise on projects involving site investigation and remediation, environmental due diligence, and Brownfield redevelopment.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand Geosyntec's current practices and capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering or a related field.
  • Advanced degree in the same field (preferred).
  • Licensure as a Professional Engineer (P.E.), Professional Geologist (P.G.), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), or similar (preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in an environmental consulting environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with environmental regulations in the Western U.S., including California.
  • Understanding of California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) guidance documents and risk evaluation resources related to vapor intrusion assessment and mitigation design.
  • Experience with multi-disciplinary project teams and demonstrated success in client development and management.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $165,645 - $248,470 per year.
