We are seeking a skilled and experienced Professional Painter Technician to join our team at Mosby Building Arts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional painting services to support the completion of remodeling projects on time and within budget.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently perform basic and advanced painting processes to deliver high-quality results.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting, ensuring they are smooth and free from imperfections.
  • Mix and apply paint according to specifications, maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to client needs and concerns.
  • Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and adhere to all safety procedures.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external clients, fostering trust and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of residential painting experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to operate painting equipment, including extension ladders, walk boards, lifts, and scaffolds.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A high-school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, accountability, and creativity.
  • The ideal candidate will possess their own tools, transportation, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and be able to transport themselves and materials between job sites.
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, work with hands, climb ladders, and move 75 lbs independently for extended periods.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
