Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. If you are committed to providing high-quality ABA services and value a supportive work environment, we invite you to meet our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Supervise and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide parent support and training.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Stay current with advancements in the field of ABA and integrate best practices into service delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
