Job DescriptionAs a Material Handler at Fry Reglet Corporation, you will play a vital role in our warehouse operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth flow of materials throughout our facilities, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of inventory management.You will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming shipments, verifying quantities, and accurately documenting all transactions in Navision. Additionally, you will be tasked with organizing and consolidating racks, communicating inventory issues promptly, and collaborating with the inventory supervisor to resolve any discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities- Pull and stage material under the direction of the inventory/warehouse Supervisor.
- Organize and consolidate racks, adhering to inventory restructuring guidelines.
- Communicate inventory issues and movements within the warehouse, completing material movement sheets and transactions in Navision using a scan gun.
- Examine packages for damage, alerting the inventory supervisor, purchasing, and quality inspector as necessary.
- Ensure quantity accuracy by comparing pack lists to physical counts.
- Receive purchase orders, perform put-aways in Navision, and label/store materials accordingly.
- Unload incoming deliveries, verify receipts, and assist in restocking materials not used in production.
- Previous warehouse experience, preferably in an inventory management role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications preferred.
- Able to drive a forklift safely and efficiently.
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
