About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Clarios. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and plant facilities to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Equipment Installation: Install new equipment and modify existing equipment to meet production needs.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, labor hours, and materials used.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Technical training in mechanical and/or electrical, and PLC logic preferred. Ability to read and understand production specifications, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, and stoop to access equipment.
