Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Program Manager to lead our Jersey Shore Paths to Recovery initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our programs and services, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Collaboration: Partner with the Medical Director and Clinical Operations Manager to drive quality and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
- Clinical Management: Function as a clinical manager, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional patient care. Develop and implement protocols, instruction sheets, and checklists to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Policy and Procedure: Interpret, implement, and enforce department policies and procedures, maintaining current knowledge of state and government regulatory standards.
- Team Management: Recruit, develop, and supervise team members, fostering an environment that promotes engagement and growth. Establish clear objectives tied to department and organizational strategic goals.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on relevant data and metrics, developing and implementing actions or process improvements as needed.
- Financial Management: Involved in the development and management of department budgets, regularly monitoring key financial indicators and performance metrics.
- Patient Satisfaction: Promote patient satisfaction through excellent service, interacting in a friendly and helpful manner. Communicate potential patient satisfaction issues to the office of patient experience.
- Community Representation: Represent the program and hospital at coalition meetings relevant to the population served.
- Professional Development: Participate in academic training programs as needed.
- Education: Earned master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Experience: Five years of post-advanced license experience in mental health and addiction services, with two years of supervisory experience.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
- Licenses and Certifications: LCSW, LPC, PhD, PsyD, or highest licensure for degree earned, LCADC.
