Maintenance Technician Role at Ambe

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Ambe. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electronics and manufacturing equipment, including PLC controllers, HVAC, conveyors, and other machinery.
  • Install, inspect, and improve the efficiency of equipment while adhering to safety, quality, and operational efficiency requirements.
  • Apply and enforce company policies, programs, rules, regulations, and safety rules to achieve departmental goals for safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Maintain and repair electronics, manufacturing equipment, and plant facilities.
  • Identify and initiate actions to prevent non-conformities related to product, process, and quality system.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve USA team goals.
Requirements:
  • Complete ABB Robot training
  • High Pressure rebuild training
  • 24-volt diagnostics training
  • Mechanical training (bearings, gearboxes, assembly)
  • Preventative Maintenance training
