About the Position

Providence Medford Medical Center is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Medford, Oregon.

In this role, you will play a vital part in optimizing patient outcomes by assessing and managing post-operative patients under the guidance of surgeons.

You will collaborate with healthcare teams to develop comprehensive care plans, conduct thorough physical assessments, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results. Your expertise will also be utilized to develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and education.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Manage post-operative patients with guidance from surgeons

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of acute care experience
  • Active certification as an APRN
  • Oregon licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
