Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and supportive Resident Counselor to join our team at Quality Management Assoc Inc. As a Resident Counselor, you will play a vital role in helping adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities lead safe and satisfying lives.

Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for performing tasks that are essential to helping adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities lead safe and satisfying lives. This includes assisting with daily living activities, facilitating proper medical care, and meeting the physical, emotional, and personal needs of the individuals we serve.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 21 years of age or older
  • A valid driver's license
  • A clean driving record
  • Basic computer skills
  • A flexible work schedule
  • The ability to communicate and provide physical care to the individuals we serve
