Position Summary

We are in search of a remarkable, results-oriented, and growth-focused Lead Product Strategist to become a vital part of our expanding Product team. This is a unique opportunity to significantly influence new consumption models by overseeing TULU's customer journey, enhancing funnel performance, and crafting exceptional experiences for our users. You will collaborate with a highly motivated and skilled team of engineers, designers, marketers, and other professionals, employing state-of-the-art technologies and methodologies, and will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your designated product area.
  • Achieving or surpassing objectives related to user conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Identifying avenues for growth, formulating product initiatives, and nurturing a team culture centered on rapid experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Conducting both qualitative and quantitative research to ensure optimal outcomes for both the customer and the organization.

Candidate Profile

Additionally, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer mobile product management within the B2C sector, with a proven history of driving user growth.
  • Strong skills in experimentation, including A/B testing, result analysis, and iterative development.
  • Experience in designing user-friendly and intuitive interfaces.
  • Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Google Analytics.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of user needs.
  • Familiarity with subscription models is advantageous.
  • A strong sense of urgency to achieve significant outcomes (essential).
