Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team of professionals who provide geriatric house calls to older adults. As an Occupational Therapist with Fox Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and autonomous setting, delivering proactive and evidence-based therapy to older adults in their homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide geriatric house calls to older adults, delivering evidence-based therapy to improve their functional abilities and quality of life.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Basic computer literacy skills.
- Current CPR certification.
- Integrity, compassion, and enthusiasm for working with older adults.
