Job Title: Occupational Therapist

LHC Group is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Winter Park, Florida.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients in their homes. As an Occupational Therapist with LHC Group, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy services to patients in their homes, using a variety of techniques and modalities.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Florida.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
