About the Job

As a valued member of our team at Caesars Entertainment, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom.

Responsibilities:

  • Prewash dishes, glasses, and utensils by scraping off excess food debris and soaking them in hot water.
  • Load the dishwashing machine with soiled items and operate it according to manufacturer instructions.
  • Unpack and stock clean dishes, glasses, and utensils in their designated storage areas.
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the dishroom, including sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
  • Collect all soiled pots, pans, and equipment from kitchen areas and transport them to the dishroom for cleaning.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Benefits:

We offer competitive pay rates, ranging from $12.00 to $15.00 per hour, depending on your level of experience. We also provide opportunities for advancement and professional growth within the company.
