MARTA is in search of a dedicated Site Engineering Specialist to manage technical operations for various construction initiatives. The successful applicant will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Building Construction, or a closely related field, coupled with a minimum of five years of experience in contract oversight. A Professional Engineer registration is preferred, and for roles involving elevators and escalators, certification as a Certified Elevator Inspector is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate technical efforts on construction sites
  • Offer expert guidance to team members and contractors on intricate matters
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Oversee multiple projects concurrently

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
  • Five years of experience in contract management
  • In-depth understanding of contract formulation
  • Excellent verbal, written, and analytical communication skills
  • Experience in a supervisory role

Certificates and Licenses:

Professional Engineer registration is preferred. Certification as a Certified Elevator Inspector is required for applicable positions.
