Job Description:

The Regional Operations Manager oversees operations and teams for specific Enablement verticals, ensuring efficient handling of AR/Billing adjustments and enhancing billing accuracy.

This role involves managing personnel, addressing client inquiries, and driving operational strategy while maintaining compliance with regulations. The position requires strong financial operations understanding, people management experience, and excellent communication skills to achieve operational excellence and support business development.

About the Role:

  • Overssee AR/Billing adjustments activities
  • Manage both onshore and offshore personnel to ensure efficient handling of billing adjustments
  • Respond to routine and complex inquiries from stakeholders, specifically addressing issues related to billing adjustments and AR discrepancies
  • Serve as the main escalation contact for all AR/Billing adjustments issues, ensuring timely resolution of challenges impacting billing accuracy and client satisfaction
  • Lead and mentor a team of non-exempt AR/Billing Adjustment Specialists, encompassing hiring, training, performance evaluation, and development
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in billing adjustments, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and ensuring best practices across the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated track record in managing end-to-end billing processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and billing adjustments
  • Strong understanding of financial operations principles, including revenue recognition, financial reporting, and auditing practices
  • 3 - 5 years of related people management experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Estimated Salary:$65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
